Set Events to Sold Out

  1. From the backend, click Pages
  1. Under Not Linked, click Events dev
  1. Locate the event you would like to edit. Hover over the event name and click the 3 dots. Click Settings.
  1. Under the Content tab, scroll down to the Source URL field
  1. After url=”#12345″, add a space, and then the following text: btn_title=”SOLD OUT”
    Also add a space after btn_title=”SOLD OUT”
  1. Click Save
  1. Make sure to update the SquadUp side as well. 🙂

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The sold out text must go after url=”#12345″. It cannot go in any other location.
  • There must be a space before and after btn_title=”SOLD OUT”
  • Example: [url=”#91790″ btn_title=”SOLD OUT” price=”4,500″ title=”Platinum Weekend VIP Package”]
