Who’s Coming

  1. Click Pages
  2. Under Not Linked, click Events dev
  3. Click the event you would like to edit / add photo gallery
  4. At the top left of the event screen, click EDIT
  5. Scroll down to the Who’s Coming section and click on the gallery
  6. After you click on the gallery, a pencil and trash can icons will appear. Click the pencil
  7. Click Upload Images
  8. Select a headshot image from your files to upload
  9. After the image has uploaded, hover over the image and click on the Settings Cog
  10. Add the personality’s name in the image title field
  11. If desired, you can also add a website URL for the personality. Click Clickthrough URL and add the URL in the http:// box below.
  12. Click Save in the image settings
