Step 1: Log In to Website Backend
Go to https://florencewineandfood.com/login and enter your login information.
If you do not remember your login info, please use the lost your password link below the login box.
Step 2: Access Participants from Dashboard
From the dashboard menu on the lefthand side, hover over Participants, and then click All Participants to edit an existing participant.
You’ll see a list of participants to choose from. Select or search for a participant to edit.
Step 3: Set a Participant to Draft Mode
Setting a Participant (Talent) to Draft will keep them saved on the backend of the website, but they will not be displayed on the front end of the site.
- In the Publish box on the top right, click the Status dropdown.
- Select “Draft”
- Click “OK”, and then click “Update”
That’s it! The participant is now in draft mode, and you should no longer see them on the frontend of the website.
