Curate Google Map URLs for Events

Step 1: Go to https://www.google.com/maps

Step 2: Search for Address

In the search bar, type or paste in the address of the event location, and click enter or search.

Step 3: Access the URL

Click the “Share” icon

Step 4: Copy the URL

Click “COPY LINK” in the popup

Step 5: Add the URL to the ROS Spreadsheet (pre-beta)

OR Add the URL to the event backend (post-beta)

Paste the link you copied in to the ROS spreadsheet, column T.

OR, if this is after the website has launched, paste the URL into the “Map Address” field under “Event Location” in the backend of the event on the website.
