Step 1: Go to the Ticket Sauce Settings Page
- Log in to the WordPress Admin Dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, click “Ticket Sauce” under Settings.
Step 2: Paste in the Ticket Sauce URL
- In the “Ticket Sauce Modal URL” field, paste the full URL from ticketsauce.com.
- Example: https://tickets.nycwff.org/e/new-york-city-wine-and-food-festival?utm_source=affiliate&utm_name=Mobius&utm_campaign=Mobius&utm_id=688105329d34406a8bda1c6f0a1e6348
Step 3: Paste in the NYCWFF Event URL
- In the “NYCWFF Event URL” field, paste the full URL from the NYCWFF website.
- Copy this directly from your browser’s address bar.
- Example: https://nycwff.org/burger
📝 This should look like: {your-site-url}/event-name, such as https://nycwff.org/burger
Step 4: View the Generated Event Link
- A field called “Converted UTM URL” will automatically appear below.
- This is the version of your event link with tracking parameters (UTMs) added.
Step 5: Use the Tools
- Copy Link: Click this button to quickly copy the converted link.
- Test Link: Click this to open the converted link in a new tab and test it.
