FoodieCon Schedule: Great Lawn Schedule

Step 1: Go to Posts

From the menu on the left, click Posts.

Step 2: Search for & select a post to edit

In the search bar on the right, search for the post that you want to edit.

Select “The Great Lawn Schedule” from the list.

Step 3: Edit Content

Hover over the content box you would like to edit and click the edit icon.

Step 4: Editing the Schedule Info

1. Foodie Schedule Talent:To select or deselect multiple talent, hold ctrl or command and click on a talent name. If talent is already selected, and you are editing the schedule to add or remove a talent, you also need to hold ctrl or command.
2. Time: Type or copy/paste the event time
3. Title: Type or copy/paste the event title
4. Talent Text: Type or copy/paste the list of talent
   • This is not required for Snaps & Signings
5. Foodie Schedule Content: This is the event description textbox. Type or copy/paste the event description into the “Text” editor box (not the Visual editor).
   • This is not required for Snaps & Signings

Make sure to click the blue “Save changes” button when you are done editing the info.

Step 5: Adding a New Event to the Schedule

To add a new event to the schedule, hover over one of the existing events and click the icon next to the pencil/edit icon (Clone Foodie Schedule).

Step 6: Removing an Event from the Schedule

To add a new event to the schedule, hover over one of the existing events and click the icon next to the pencil/edit icon (Clone Foodie Schedule).

Step 7: Update Post

Click the blue “Publish” / “Update” button when you are done editing the schedule.
