Step 1: Access FAQs
From the left-hand menu, hover over FAQ, then select All FAQs.
Step 2: Select FAQ to Edit
Click on the FAQ that you want to edit. You can use the search bar to find it if you would like.
Step 3: Edit the FAQ
You can update the title, body text, and FAQ Type. When editing the body text, pay special attention to whether you are in “Visual” or “Text” mode. Visual is good for formatting the text and adding links. If you are going to paste text copied from somewhere else, use the “Text” mode so that extra html isn’t copied over.
Step 4: Update the FAQ
When you are done editing, click the blue Update button.
