Add New FAQ

Step 1: Select Add FAQ from Menu

From the left-hand menu, hover over FAQ, then select Add FAQ.

Step 2: Add FAQ Details

Add the following:

1. Title
2. Body text
3. FAQ type

When editing the body text, pay special attention to whether you are in “Visual” or “Text” mode. Visual is good for formatting the text and adding links. If you are going to paste text copied from somewhere else, use the “Text” mode so that extra html isn’t copied over.

Step 4: Publish the FAQ

After you have added all of the content, click the blue Publish button.

Step 5: Reorder the FAQ

1. Go to all FAQs
2. Click the category of the FAQ you’d like to reorder (e.g. General)
3. Drag the FAQ to the desired order
