Step 1: Go to https://www.google.com/maps
Step 2: Find the Event Location
Find the the event location on the map.
Example: North Venue
Step 3: Copy Latitude/Longitude
Right click on the event location.
From the menu that appears, click the Latitude & Longitude numbers. When you click it, it will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
Step 4: Paste the Lat & Long into the Events(ROS) spreadsheet (Pre-Beta) OR in the backend of the event (Post-Beta)
If pre-beta timeframe, paste the lat/long that you copied from Google Maps into Column N of the Events(ROS) spreadsheet.
If post-beta timeframe, paste the lat/long into the event backend in the map address field.
Make sure to update the event when you are done editing.
